This relatively new variation of the Moleskine notebook has pages for storyboarding, with the first half of the book having two frames per page and the last half has four frames per page along the left with room for notes on the right. The cover, paper, and binding are all very high quality and have become quite the hot item among the tech community. Moleskines come in small or large sizes, with blank, ruled, or any of a number of other variations. For those of you who haven’t heard of Molskine (pronounced “Mo-leh-skeen-eh”), they’re a hardback notebook with a black oilskin cover, a cotton bookmark, an elastic closure, and an expandable pocket in the back for keeping stamps, money, photographs, etc. This is a great way to get your animation ideas down on paper as soon as they pop into your head.
